You can get this quest by progressing on the Main Quests in Brimstone Sands, the quest will appear after complete "Past Prologue".

Travel north to Great Wall of Nebet-Het.
Seek out the entrance to the Wall.
Explore the Great Wall of Nebet-Het.
Climb the rubble to reach the top of the Wall.
Ascend to the highest point of the Wall.
Use Your Azoth Staff to unseal the Ancient Glyph.
Read the Ancient Glyph TSADZUI.
Use the new Knowledge to pass through the sealed door.
Activate the Platform.
