In a YouTube video, Universal Parks revealed that Super Nintendo World in Hollywood would open on February 17, 2023:
The new Super Nintendo World theme park, which is now being built in Hollywood, close to Los Angeles, will open its doors to visitors just weeks before the release of the animated Super Mario Bros. movie.
Only 11 months have passed since the Nintendo Zone in Japan finally opened on March 18, 2021, after being continuously delayed.
The same will apply to Bowser's situation at Hollywood Park as it did in Super Nintendo World Osaka.
Similar activities to those found in the Japanese Nintendo Zone will also be available at the Hollywood Nintendo Zone, including the Mario Kart: Bowser's Challenge roller coaster, a trip to Princess Peach's castle, and sweets shaped like Yoshi or mushrooms. It's going to be doable!
Here is what Nintendo has to say about the park's main draw:
Castle Bowser This building, the focal point of the park and the location of "Mario Kart: Bowser's Challenge," SUPER NINTENDO WORLD's hallmark attraction, is adorned with an incredible sculpture of a gigantic and powerful Bowser. Visitors will discover more about Bowser's well-thought-out strategies as they make their way through the eerie castle's twisting halls and past the medallion and trophy chamber on their way to the "Mario Kart: Bowser's Challenge" ride.
The well-known connected bracelets that Fred first revealed to us in his report on the Japanese park will help this park since it is the same park as the one in Japan.
Another Nintendo park is being built in the land of theme parks, the United States, and it will be located in Orlando, Florida, rather than Hollywood. We eagerly await the opening date of this third Super Nintendo World park.
