Release dates for Persona 4 Golden and Persona 3 Portable in January 2023

Accessible at launch with a Game Pass membership.

Persona 4 Golden and Persona 3 Portable have finally set a release date of January 19, 2023, while Persona 5 Royal has previously been revealed for October 21, 2022. On the PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch, both games will be playable. Additionally, they are included in the PC Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass subscriptions.

In the small rural village of Inaba in Persona 4 Golden, a weird rumor is going around. It seems possible to find your soul mate if you watch an off-screen TV on a wet night. At the same time that a string of enigmatic murders starts, a legend emerges. The main character and his pals swiftly come to the realization that they have entered a another realm while looking for the truth.

There is supposedly a hidden period between one day and the next in Persona 3 Portable. The term "Dark Hour" would apply to this brief period of time. When it happens, a terrifying calm falls over the city, the people transform into ominous coffins, and terrible beasts wreak havoc. The protagonist is attacked by these creatures of the night early in the narrative. His Persona awakens the power of the heart when all hope appears lost.

Also take note that the two games have now been officially localized in French, Italian, German, and Spanish with the release of both on contemporary systems.
