The story takes place two years after El Viento. After being rescued from certain sacrifice by Earnest Evans, Annet travels across Europe and encounters a group that wants a pendant in her possession. After being ambushed by them she escapes and begins a quest to protect the world from destruction.

Il gioco si svolge come un beat 'em up a scorrimento laterale, con l'utente che controlla Anett mentre marcia attraverso ogni stage sconfiggendo ogni nemico che incontra con la sua spada e i suoi poteri magici fino a raggiungere il boss dello stage. I poteri magici di Anett si attivano spendendo una barra di energia che si riempie in continuazione; a seconda della quantità di energia disponibile, si possono causare più danni, fino ad arrivare a un attacco che distrugge lo schermo.
