Billy is a young boy who lives in a village on the island of Tilk. He and his friends have a secret hideout, and they have grand make-believe adventures as a group. But one day, a mysterious young girl named Silky appears on the island, and it seems that Billy and his friends may be embarking on an adventure for real now.
